£308.00 / Night premium charges applicable between the hours of 19:00hrs to 06:30hrs.

There is no vat charge.

Where proofing is required, quotes can only be given to the customer after a full onsite survey and inspection has taken place.

The technician will only proceed with any work required once the quote has been accepted, and the customer confirms agreement to proceed with the work on receipt of that quote.

Please note that if it transpires that further work is required outside what was initially agreed, the technician will make this clear, where there may be an additional charge.

A rodent control programme consisting of 3 visits over 3 weeks. Treatment consists of trapping and/or baiting to suit the specific environment.

Treatment of 1 wasp nest.

Where possible nests will be treated and physically removed.

Nests in eaves or other unreachable areas will be treated with industry standard insecticides using an extendable applicator. Most nests up to the roof line of a 2 story house are accessible using this method. this price includes a retreat should the first application be partially or fully unsuccessful.

There will be no charge if the nest is fully out of reach and unable to be treated.
