Job location: SE19While Id been away there was evidence of mice at home. This company came and spent several hours filling potential entry points and spraying the floors. The loft was also thoroughly examined. Despite this the mice persisted. They returned, in line with the guarantee a d re-examinec everything, filled more holes and looked at the remaining traps. Hopefully, this is now resolved. It was not cheap, but a thorough service.9 Great, fast service.

Very good, they came very quickly and realised that there were multiple holes in our wall behind kitchen units where mice were getting in & out. Zana proofed the room and came back two weeks later to confirm no signs of activity. Very quick to respond when we discovered we had a rat or mice in the property. Zana came out the same day and was very thorough and completed a follow up visit a couple of weeks later. We have many years experience in Pest Control
Rats and mice are determined creatures and are always looking for safe harbourage.
Once rodents have found their way into a warm building with a food supply, it takes skills to get rid of them and then keep them out.
Mice can squeeze through a hole .. the width of a pencil, and rats can navigate even the most slippery pipes.
Its common knowledge in the pest industry is that you can't simply treat pest problems.
You have to make sure the pests don't come back again. The secret to this is proofing, which involves detective work to find out exactly where the pests have entered the building and then blocking holes.
This needs to be done by an expert as particular materials need to be used that can't be gnawed through - even the tiniest gaps need to be expertly filled.
Otherwise, there will be repeated offender pests.
The return of pests is very stressful, depressing, and inconvenient for residents, so the new service has been very well received by customers.
Since the project started, we've seen residents take an interest in the proofing, and because they are more involved, they take on the advice we give them about housekeeping.
They feel like they are part of the process rather than victims of unfortunate circumstances.
We also treat for Bed Bugs.
