10 Mice and rat control

Zana came over to our home within hours and did a very thorough assessment, he presented me with 3 options and then proceed to spend three hours sealing the property from all mouse and rat entry points. We were so happy as within 24 hours one of his traps worked and we haven’t seen a single rodent again. He even came back for a second property visit to check again. Had a significant mouse problem and Zana came out promptly to block entry points and lay down traps. Mice were seen off, then came back a few months later. Zana was straight back out to honor the warranty on the initial work and had it fixed straight away. Zana was great. We had a rodent issue in our flat. He came out within an hour or two of me calling and explained how he could tackle the problem. Really professional and friendly the whole time he was here, and happy to explain what he was doing and how it helped. Came back for a follow up visit two weeks later to check there hadn’t been any further activity. So far we haven’t had any issues since. Rats and mice are determined creatures and are always looking for safe harbourage.
Once rodents have found their way into a warm building with a food supply, it takes skills to get rid of them and then keep them out.
Mice can squeeze through a hole .. the width of a pencil, and rats can navigate even the most slippery pipes.
Its common knowledge in the pest industry is that you can't simply treat pest problems.
You have to make sure the pests don't come back again. The secret to this is proofing, which involves detective work to find out exactly where the pests have entered the building and then blocking holes.
This needs to be done by an expert as particular materials need to be used that can't be gnawed through - even the tiniest gaps need to be expertly filled.
Otherwise, there will be repeated offender pests.
The return of pests is very stressful, depressing, and inconvenient for residents, so the new service has been very well received by customers.
Since the project started, we've seen residents take an interest in the proofing, and because they are more involved, they take on the advice we give them about housekeeping.
They feel like they are part of the process rather than victims of unfortunate circumstances.
We also treat for Bed Bugs.
