  Excellent professional service

  I would highly recommend Indigo for their speedy and professional service. I was able to get an initial same day visit and Alex contacted me to book in regular follow ups. Terry, the pest controller, always turned up on time, and is extremely nice, thorough and professional. I had found a dead rat in a drain in our garden (Terry judged it was a random one rather than a problem ), but I was pleased the traps laid and baits used to make sure we did not have an ongoing problem, meant our dog could go in the garden as usual. Overall they were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with.

  Say Goodbye To Wasps in Minutes - Go Indigo !

  Polite client service both online, and later, face-to-face at time of appointment to nullify a wasp nest in the the eaves of my parents' house. Matthew, the Indigo agent assigned to the mission was well-presented, eloquent, and polite throughout, and was superb throughout; very proficient and efficient in confirming the location of the wasp-nest, and then in nullifying and making the nest redundant, all in the space of under 30 minutes. No more wasps ! TOP RESULT ! Highly Recommended - Deal with confidence - especially as the original quote was honoured with no hidden charges ! EXCELLENT !!

  Matthew arrived promptly and was very respectful when moving around the property between inside and outside areas. He was extremely knowledgable and thorough in his investigation and provided a very detailed report with recommendations which came swiftly a few days after the visit. Alex has been very contactable via phone and email when booking appointments and follow ups.

  Reliability and quickness in doing the work

  I contacted Indigo and left a message on the answer phone, Sunday evening. Mondy morning they were on the phone and Matthew came in the afternoon to remove the wasp nest. All done very successfully
