  Help with mice

  Theo swiftly arranged the service and communication was great, really reassuring. (I dislike mice and had tried traps but the mice were outsmarting them) Andre came out, he was lovely, progressional and reassuring, he assessed the flat and had everything sorted in half an hour or so, found entry point etc. definitely recommend

  I highly recommend Giz for pest control services. He was completely reliable, professional, and informative—and most importantly, highly effective. He took the time to thoroughly investigate and identify the entry point for the mice, providing invaluable advice on preventing future issues. Their service was outstanding, and his pricing was very reasonable compared to others. 10/10 service—I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again (although I am confident I won't need to)!

  So far so good, waiting for 2nd visit of 3...Theo is personable and easy to talk to..He arrived and rescued me same day...Hopefully completely gone away..

  Mouse problem

  I discovered I had mice in the kitchen, asked for help on 24 Dec and to my grateful surprise, heard from Theo on 25 Dec. On 26th Dec, he came over, checked all rooms, laid out bait and, for a very reasonable extra fee, blocked the difficult to reach areas where the mice were coming from, as in his view, the nest wasn’t in my flat. He called me on 3 Jan to check on the bait. As he’d thought, the mice weren’t living here, so to my relief, there was no further sign of them. Theo was friendly and very competent, and was happy to answer my many questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
