  Loft squirrel issues

  Des has come out twice to check my loft for vermin. the first time a year ago, I had a squirrel. Des was very knowledgeable and left me confident in his ability to get rid of the problem. He came back after a few weeks to check there had been no return of squirrel. Recently I called Des again as I thought I'd heard another animal in my loft, and Des was very prompt in coming over and checking it all again. I would highly recommend Des, as he's an approachable, expert in his field and a lovely man to deal with.

  Rats and gutters

  I had a rat problem down at my yard. I called Des and the same day he dealt with the job quickly and efficiently! Throughout the time of Des dealing with this problem we got to know each other well and he completed the job long term by re doing my drains. Would recommend DR property maintenance and pest control to anyone!

  We had caught a couple of mice ourselves but wanted to get a professional in to check and advise. Des arrived and gave us some advice on how to try to stop them getting in, looking at potential places where they could be accessing, what they could be surviving on and how to minimise this and the risks posed but the little critters. We had put some bait boxes and traps down ourselves so Des refreshed these for us. Hopefully putting in place Des’s suggestions will stop the problem, but we would have no hesitation in getting him back if needed for this problem or any other.
