  Silviu was outstanding. He helped us in an emergency and went above and beyond to solve our problem quickly, professionally and effectively. We called out of hours, and he arrived within 1.5 hrs as promised, and equipped with everything he needed. He resolved our issue intelligently, courteously, and with a big smile.   Amazing work at short notice

  Silviu at Direct Solutions Pest Control was AMAZING! He drove 2 hours across London at short notice late in the evening and extracted a decaying fox from our pond which no on else would deal with. He was polite, efficient and dealt with everything perfectly: He and Direct Solutions totally saved us!!
