  Flea Outbreak

  They were the first company that contacted me when the job was submitted and were able to attend the same day. The technician whom attended was 100% efficient, informed punctual and well trained, Thankyou. A minus is, and the reason for the communication 8/10 is that I had understood that I pay a deposit, 50% to book job and 50% on completion a week later, I kept on receiving automated emails that my invoice payment was overdue before completition of job, this was stressful and I had to ring them to confirm if I had understood the payments right, which I had. I had booked the excellent technician for the second spraying 7 days later for between 12pm and 1pm but received a reminder saying he would arrive between 3.30pm and 4.30pm, again stressful as I had to ring the office again to tell them the technician was booked to arrive at the earlier slot, I would not have been availiable for the later slot so the technician would have wasted a visit at that time. I used Ecocare because their follow up to my request was quick and who wants fleas? But think I could have got the same service cheaper if I pursued other quotes based on quotes I received after.

  Absolute brilliant service. Worth every penny. Booked with no issues, great communication, called to let me know they were on their way. Very informative and extremely helpful. I’d have no hesitation calling again if I have a pest issue in the future

  I had EcoCare come out today (Chris) Birmingham/Solihull for a wasp nest, fantastic! Easy, decent quote and very fast appointment booked, with texts throughout the process. Chris was very friendly and informative, 5 mins to diagnose, treatment on in 10 and the effects were instant, went from a busy hive to one or two wasps every few mins after a half hour. 100% would recommend

  Quick and efficient.

  The job is complete. Currently I don't hear any noise from inside the wall cavity. The CS rep on the phone was very efficient and helpful. The technician who attended was quick to pay a visit, was very competent and polite throughout.
