Jordan attended my follow up appointment and once again provided an assured and professional service exactly as previously agreed. He took the time to clearly explain his findings and the proposed solution, ensuring I was fully updated and understood each step being taken. He also gave me excellent recommendations on the best long term solutions to future proof my home which gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. Reassuring throughout and made me feel comfortable. After 7 years in the pest control industry, including working for some of the UK’s largest pest control companies, I decided to start Papageno Pest Control to offer something different – a friendly, family-run service with a personal touch.
