The service I received from James and Recti-fly was excellent. His visits to my property were conducted at the agreed times and he throughly explained the nature of the squirrel problem and every detail of the action he proposed taking to remedy it. James responded to an email query over the Easter weekend and visited our property as a matter of urgency to investigate our concern. Contacted James in the early hours of the morning after noticing a rat in our garden. He came out the same day and dealt with the issue promptly and professionally. He was very thorough and reassuring and answered all of my many questions. He came back a week later and the problem has been solved plus the month guarantee is fantastic.
