  Redoing of pipes under bathroom

  The bodged plumbing under our bathroom had sprung a leak and needed a big fix, including partial replacement of the soil pipe as the leaking pipe was stuck to it. Jordan did excellent professional work, neat and functional, and was friendly and professional throughout. It wasn't cheap, but it was thorough and well done.

  Partial soil pipe removal

  We thought we needed our whole soil pipe out, they suggested just a portion that would allow plumbers to fix the issue we had--really integrity move to acknowledge the job was smaller than we thought. Very professional, friendly, businesslike. Finished the job and tidied up beautifully.

  Front door handle and lock replaced

  Really professional, friendly, and expert. He came as an emergency call to fix our door handle which had sheared off, but also replaced our worn out lock barrel and spent some time carefully aligning the door to make sure it was all perfect. Left the door more functional than he found it! Really pleased.

  Dishwasher installation

  Alex came by to install our new dishwasher, which needed a cupboard taking out first. His communication and professionalism were excellent throughout. There was a bit of denting of our lino floor in the process which was disappointing, but other than that we can't fault him--and it was a job we'd had trouble getting someone to do. Overall very pleased.
