Partial soil pipe removal

We thought we needed our whole soil pipe out, they suggested just a portion that would allow plumbers to fix the issue we had--really integrity move to acknowledge the job was smaller than we thought. Very professional, friendly, businesslike. Finished the job and tidied up beautifully.
