I had my old toilet removed and a new one installed, also a leak under the kitchen sink was fixed. Service from start to finish was excellent. Slightly late from agreed time, but messaged ahead to let me know, which was nice. Work all done & currently all seems well. Left the area relatively clean and tidy. Having now done comparisons, they do appear a bit pricier than others & I had concerns that the quote limited the time but no hourly charge was indicated. However, Ben told me that they don’t do hourly rates. The quote is actually for whatever time it takes to get the job done. So, although pricier, you know what you’ll pay even if the job takes longer. There’s a 2 year guarantee but this was not expressed on the invoice.Verified reviewerJob location: B97- PPaul T
