  Can't fault communication, or work carried out. bit disappointing had to pay 2 calls out fees, as repair tech didn't have the part to fix to hand. Can't complain to much though as this was mentioned up front when booking first call out that may require a second visit.

  The plumber arrived almost as suggested he would to possibly renew our shower booster pump but on investigation he discovered that it was the temperature control bar that was causing the problem

  Accurate quote, timeliness and leaves the job clean

  I called the guy as we had issues with a number of showers. He stated when he could come. He was 100% in time. He did the work and left the area really clean, even showed us the old component that hadn't worked. Great job and great guy !
