  Redoing of pipes under bathroom

  The bodged plumbing under our bathroom had sprung a leak and needed a big fix, including partial replacement of the soil pipe as the leaking pipe was stuck to it. Jordan did excellent professional work, neat and functional, and was friendly and professional throughout. It wasn't cheap, but it was thorough and well done.

  Company were fantastic, sorted my tap and shower problems with no issue. Kept informed at all times and received up to date information on arrival time. Jordan was excellent. Really helpful in case i need to troubleshoot in the future and a lovely chap.

  Plumber sent was thorough and did a great job. The quote was for 3 x expected half hours. Stung with a bill for 7 x half hours due to taking longer than expected. Appreciate this is terms and conditions but to quote for under half the expected time isn't great. Not the plumber's fault - I will get a quote for the job going forward, not half hours.

  problem with toilet

  The toilet wouldn't flush and as it is the only toilet in the property, we needed it fixed fast. From contacting the company to ask for a quote, to fixing the problem, took less that two hours. Brilliant service from start to finish. Would highly recommend the company.
