  We had an issue with not getting water hot enough / long enough. However this was soon fixed, in around 15 minutes and we weren’t charged for this. We also received quotes for a new boiler and new element if we required were fair too. Would highly recommend. Great communication, on time, and politely removed shoes without us asking too. Thank you so much! We will be in touch in the future.
