  Old shower stopped working. Fix (or replace as it turned out) was the task

  Complex job to get to root cause(s). Turned out shower pump and cartridge were at fault (very old shower originally fitted with extension @ 15 years ago. New shower installed along with pump and everything works well now with modern fitting easier to repair if problems occour is the future. Rob was excellent in care he took on the technical aspects of job to resolve challenges of the job and the care he took in making a good finish and clearing work area of all debris.

  Had a problem with a window lock. I contacted Glass Medics who were great. Good communication as I moved the appointment a couple of times. Adam attended in timely fashion and resolved the problem quickly and professionally. Can't recommend highly enough.
