  Very helpful and efficient service at a short notice

  We had an emergency leaking pump and after phoning a couple of plumbers who were unavailable Joe showed up that same evening recommended by a neighbour. Joe was extremely helpful and efficient and managed to solve the issue. The next day we had a leak at a different area of the pipe and once we informed him he again visited and fixed the issue. Note that the second day was a Saturday and we were not a regular customer. Very happy with his work, urgency and efficiency.

  Reliable and Professional Heating Repair

  A Plus who came to fix my underfloor heating were excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and clearly explained what the issue was before beginning the work. It was obvious they were very knowledgeable and experienced, and they took the time to diagnose the problem properly rather than rushing the job. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The service was professional, reliable, and carried out to a high standard. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing underfloor heating repairs or maintenance.

  Fantastic job as always

  Not the first time we've called on Joe and he always does a fantastic job. He converted the heating system from Y plan to S plan. Not an easy job in the space available but no problem for Joe. Also fitted an isolation valve. He always explains exactly what he's doing, is very efficient & friendly. Reliable, fair prices and kept us updated on when he'd be arriving. Highly recommend.

  Quick and efficient - Replaced faulty value

  We had an issue with a leaking value and after calling Joe he suggest that he could bring the replacement value to avoid a return trip, which saved us time and money. He arrive on time and fixed the issue without fuss(even when the shut off value did not fully stop the water) Joe also offered to replace the shut off value there an then for a small fee. Very please. Would recommend.
