  Completed a house refurb for rental

  Engaged Andy in getting a 3 bed terraced house ready for rental. It was a big job and covered a lot of areas. The works included painting & decorating, flooring, doors, bathroom and various repairs throughout. Communication was always good, he was always on hand to talk and provide updates. The project did take longer than expected but completed to high standard and finish. I highly recommend.

  Fantastic service

  This was a big project over several weeks, and had to be managed remotely as I live some distance away. Andy's communication was superb, and I was kept up to date all the way. The workmanship is excellent, but importantly, Andy also made suggestions as we went along, to improve things. He also went above and beyond the actual job, and provided added value by doing some extra bits and pieces outside of the handyman remit to help me out. I fully recommend this company.

  Old style tradesmen

  I hired Andy of D & D Property Maintanance to do a repaint of ols soffits and facias, and to supply and fit all new guttering.However on the day Andy started the job, we quickly found out that the boards wererotton in places, and so Andy gave me a new quote to supply and fit new soffits,facias and guttering, which I excepted. Andy and his mate Steve who came to the job, worked hard, and professionaly all the time they did the job, they came on time every day, at the time they said they would start in the mornings. Good old style tradesmen.

  Clear communication and good work

  I used Andy for some water damage repairs, painting and other odd jobs at a rental property recently. Andy was very patient throughout as we dealt with the landlord and insurers and the tenant to arrange access and time. Once we had time allocated Andy was prompt in getting everything completed. Communication was regular and clear and everything done to mine and tenant satisfaction. Will definitely use again and would recommend.

  We're very happy with the work that Andy has done. He turned up on time, did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself, and his rates were very reasonable. From start to finish, we can't fault him in any way, and we would be more than happy to use his services again.
