  Hive fitting for heating

  Wayne came to install my hive onto my boiler, first night installed heating wouldn’t come on from the thermostat or app. Messaged him yesterday to say it’s not working he said he will come back at 3PM, he turns up 3 times when I’m at work and my partners in bed off nights, he got in at 12 as I got him up. Today he said it’s sorted but told my partner there’s supposed to be two wires so it will need to run from one? I’ve came back from work the heatings been on since he left and I can’t control it from the thermostat or app. Paid him and refusing to give it back!! Insults on messages!

  Wayne arrived on time and not only was he quick, efficient and friendly, he spotted a serious fault left by previous contractor. He rectified it on the spot and finished his work on time Trust his work and will definitely use him again.

  Wayne arrived within the time slot he had indicated but also called on the morning to confirm. The work was completed quickly and efficiently to a great standard. Booking more work in with him before leaving.

  Wayne was fantastic. Came at 9 am on Sunday morning to replace fuse board and find the fault with the electrics. He explained everything fully and concisely. Excellent service and very reasonable on costs and cleaned up after himself. Very happy with his work and will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

  Replacing a ceiling light

  The work was great and done quickly, though I did help him with the job which I wasn’t necessarily expecting. I was happy to as I got to learn more about the skill. He gave good advice, a common sense approach and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Only very slight negative was that he was half hour later than he said to expect him, which effected scheduled meetings (I work from home), hence an 8 rather than 10 for reliability. I would definitely recommend.
