  Resolve a long-standing bathroom blockage problem

  Called them in to fix a blockage in bathroom pipework that was preventing sink and bath draining properly. Affected pipework was behind a tiled wall. They sent someone to assess the issue, and suggested a couple of approaches. We chose a full replacement of the affected pipework (we had already tried everything else (chemicals, rodding, vacuuming, endoscopes, etc). Ben was a pleasure to have around and did a really good job. Problem solved as planned and bathroom left as it was before he started, with the addition of a hidden access point. Very happy. Would recommend.

  Old shower stopped working. Fix (or replace as it turned out) was the task

  Complex job to get to root cause(s). Turned out shower pump and cartridge were at fault (very old shower originally fitted with extension @ 15 years ago. New shower installed along with pump and everything works well now with modern fitting easier to repair if problems occour is the future. Rob was excellent in care he took on the technical aspects of job to resolve challenges of the job and the care he took in making a good finish and clearing work area of all debris.

  Had a complete new combi boiler and radiators system

  they were very prompt at arrival carried out all the work to a very high standard, informed about everything all the way through the work. The team were very polite and very hard working. we will definitely be using them again in the future

  Radiator cleaning and boiler service

  Paul from Berkshire East arrived promptly as per booking and proceeded to drain the heating system; removed, cleaned and re-hung all downstairs radiators; serviced the boiler and balanced the system again. Excellent work. Perfect communication. Very clean and tidy work and overall a great asset to his company. Excellent communication from the company re understanding nature of the work required, quotation provided and booking in a time slot.
