Michael came out a couple of days after I contacted him which was really helpful. He quickly identified and fixed the issue. We had enquired about another minor issue with the door, and Michael said he would fix it, but he asked if we really wanted the work done as it would be costly. Mike was fantastic. He sought to understand how urgent the situation was. He then explained what he thought was the issue and the likely cost over the phone. Mike arrived very quickly and at the time he advised. Mike assessed the situation fully, showed me what the issue was and confirmed work and pricing, which was then promptly completed. Michael was very helpful in replacing a lock on a garage door, we sent him a picture of the old lock and he was able to quickly order in a suitable replacement. Rang up for an urgent job due to a key stuck in a lock of a back door. Could not leave unlocked. Came out within the hour as I asked and was finished very quickly leaving everything tidy after himself. Very curious and would definitely use again. Well priced too.
