  Issue with Concealed Toilet Flush

  Max had helped us before with issues regarding a concealed toilet flush, so we asked him to help again when a similar issue arose in our cloakroom. He was very persistent and sorted it out for us. He was very patient and courteous throughout the process.

  Brilliant help, advice and support

  I asked Lampeters to help with a new tap that was dripping. John was amazingly helpful, attempting to fix the tap to the point where all options to fix it had been tried. He then returned to remove the tap and accompanied me to the place of purchase to exchange the faulty tap. John then installed the new tap and ensured it was functioning correctly. He was tenacious, thoughtful and patient.

  Changed various items in ensuite and kitchen

  Max was very professional and courteous. In the ensuite he changed a tap and waste in the basin and also a shower head. In the kitchen he changed all of the pipe work under the sink. We would not hesitate to use him again.

  Redesign of area within front garden and general tidy-up of back garden.

  Once again, Vic and Sam did an excellent job. They redesigned a tired part of the front garden by lifting the crown of a large conifer and introducing an attractive planting scheme with a pebble base. In the back garden, they reshaped trees and shrubs and swapped out unwanted plants, replacing them with new or relocated plants - all done with detailed care and attention and to a very high standard.

  Removing trees and planting new ones

  Vic and Sam did another great job for us. They removed two trees and then planted three trees and some other small plants. Once again, the work was of very high quality and they also provided lots of helpful advice on what would/wouldn't work. We would thoroughly recommend them.

  Decorating the whole house inside and some outside parts

  Dave and Craig decorated the whole house inside and also garage doors etc. Outside. They did a great job - very professional and with attention to detail. They were very easy to work with and quick to respond. We were very pleased with the overall service and the result.
