Charlie was extremely efficient, polite and good value for money. He was very punctual, fixed the toilet really quickly and explained everything very clearly. Excellent work. Turned up on tine and kept me informed at all times. Extremely clean and tidy. Hoovered any mess before the end of the day and removed any rubbish before going home. C/M Plumbing replied promptly to my request for a plumber. A time and day agreed upon. Charlie arrived at the designated time. His manner was professional and respectful as well as fully informing me as to what needed to be done. The job was done well and great care was taken to protect my property.
