  Disappointing experience after two previous excellent experiences

  We have used CM Plumbing twice before and found them excellent. Not this time! There was a leak in our bathroom and we didn't know the cause. CM were not able to come out immediately, but they did respond the week after the Easter holiday. We believed we had found the cause (shower screen sealant) but they left the site without checking with me (I was on a Teams call). Unfortunately there must have been two leaks and it now needs a new pump. I was asked to pay an invoice for part one before the job had been fully completed. This felt like a 'gun to my head'. Still not resolved after 2 weeks.

  Reliable, professional plumber.

  CM Plumbing have undertaken a number of projects for us, the latest being a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. I can highly recommend this company if you are looking for a skilled and reliable plumber. Charles can be counted on to deliver a high standard of work and maintains professionalism throughout the job. He works in a tidy manner and ensures there is minimal disruption to the household during the work in progress.

  Excellent, friendly and rapid service

  Went onto Checkatrade after putting up with a noisy dripping cold water tap and seized up hot water tap for years in my kitchen. Logged the job at 6:50am and had contact from the tradesperson 15 minutes later. Could have waited for pricing from competitors but as its a small and cheap job just went with him. 1 week later, taps replaced inside of 1 hour before the start of the working day. Unbelievable how much better my dilapidated kitchen is just with this small improvement whilst I save up for a full refit

  Replacing an electric shower pump.

  Absolutely excellent. Great communication, punctual. Quick to respond. Tidy workmanship. Very friendly and polite. This is the third time we have used Charles for plumbing work and each time he has been outstanding.

  Exceptionally professional!

  I cannot recommend Charles highly enough. He was exceptionally professional, arriving with impeccable timing and immediately demonstrating respect for my home by wearing shoe covers. From my photos of the kitchen sink leak Charles clearly explained the necessary repairs in plain language with an estimate. He came fully prepared with the required parts. Beyond fixing the immediate issue with great care and tidiness, he proactively assessed other potential projects to provide accurate future quotes. It is rare to find such a knowledgeable and reliable expert who truly values customer service.
