  Charles replaced a leaking bath tap, installed a PRV, and re-attached our wall basin for the fixed price quoted. When the water hammer needed a slight tweak afterwards, he responded quickly and returned the same day to adjust the pressure, which completely solved the issue. Great service, tidy, and highly recommended.

  Disappointing experience after two previous excellent experiences

  We have used CM Plumbing twice before and found them excellent. Not this time! There was a leak in our bathroom and we didn't know the cause. CM were not able to come out immediately, but they did respond the week after the Easter holiday. We believed we had found the cause (shower screen sealant) but they left the site without checking with me (I was on a Teams call). Unfortunately there must have been two leaks and it now needs a new pump. I was asked to pay an invoice for part one before the job had been fully completed. This felt like a 'gun to my head'. Still not resolved after 2 weeks.

  Reliable, professional plumber.

  CM Plumbing have undertaken a number of projects for us, the latest being a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. I can highly recommend this company if you are looking for a skilled and reliable plumber. Charles can be counted on to deliver a high standard of work and maintains professionalism throughout the job. He works in a tidy manner and ensures there is minimal disruption to the household during the work in progress.
