I cannot recommend Charles highly enough. He was exceptionally professional, arriving with impeccable timing and immediately demonstrating respect for my home by wearing shoe covers. From my photos of the kitchen sink leak Charles clearly explained the necessary repairs in plain language with an estimate. He came fully prepared with the required parts. Beyond fixing the immediate issue with great care and tidiness, he proactively assessed other potential projects to provide accurate future quotes. Charlie was extremely efficient, polite and good value for money. He was very punctual, fixed the toilet really quickly and explained everything very clearly.
