Speedy professional comms. Arrived on time. Gave full diagnostics and machine was very open about all costs. Was honest also - told me the motor was still under manufacturer warranty (which wasn’t worth the sticker it was printed on!) but I appreciated that. While Sean quoted less than the vague minimum amount for the “free” replacement motor from mfr, I did end up going for a new machine. I’d absolutely go to Sean for any breakdown going forward. Sean responded to my request almost instantly and fitted me in within four hours of my request. Made it clear right upfront what the callout cost would be and that he would let me know any additional costs on the job!! Arrived promptly. Fixed within 40 minutes. A part was needed, but I felt that it was a very reasonable price. He was courteous and left my kitchen looking exactly as he found it. I am manufacturer-trained on Zanussi, AEG, Beko, Tricity Bendix, and Electrolux. My career includes 20 years with Electrolux Service Force I am skilled in servicing a variety of appliances, including ovens (microwave ovens included), heat pump tumble dryers, American-style fridge freezers, all types of refrigeration, washing machines and washer dryers, both free-standing and integrated dishwashers, induction hobs, and cooker hoods. Based in Havant but covering chichester , bognor, portsmouth, fareham , gosport, petersfield , bordon, hindhead , i have very reasonable call out charges and reduced charges if the appliance is not economical to repair or unrepairable , i do appliance connection and built in appliance installation if you purchase the appliance
