  Best plumber I've ever used

  I've used Max for boiler servicing and other plumbing needs on at least 4 occasions over the last couple of years and he's always been great. Excellent communicator, great quality work, lovely chap, etc. Today I had a problem with an electric shower (not fitted by Max) so I messaged him this afternoon. He called me about 20:00 apologising for calling late when in fact, I was just pleased he called. Through a video call he identified the problem and talked me through how to fix it myself. So grateful. Will continue to use Max until he retires. Would definitely recommend.

  Issue with Concealed Toilet Flush

  Max had helped us before with issues regarding a concealed toilet flush, so we asked him to help again when a similar issue arose in our cloakroom. He was very persistent and sorted it out for us. He was very patient and courteous throughout the process.

  Max called at are home, the next day, he is a gentleman and knows his job We have now adopted him,….should we need anything in the future? We have no hesitation to call Max Not many people shake another person hands, he did…, at the completion of the job. Well recommended 5*

  Replacement of radiator

  Max gave a fully itemized quote with all the details which made it clear what was included. He arrived promptly at the arranged time and gave clear guidelines on what he was going to do. He kept all the areas clean and tidy during the work and asked us when there were options for placement of the radiator. Prior to leaving he confirmed what he had done and tested the work thoroughly. The work carried out was for the changing of radiator and taps and was competitive with the other quotes we had. I would recommend him to any one needing a plumber and would use him again.
