  Skimming walls and overboarding ceiling

  Skinny and his team were excellent and have done a good job in our lounge; skimming all walls and overboarding the ceiling. Skinny came to survey and quote, made good recommendations and was able to book the work at a time that suited us. His team worked quickly and were tidy and considerate (tidy is relative as plastering is a messy job!). I'd happily recommend Skinny and will be contacting him again myself.

  Install internal Fire Door from hall to garage

  Sam responded quickly to my request and came to survey and quote. He provided good advice and was available to plan the work in good time. His team arrived on time and carried out the work professionally and tidily; keeping dust to to a minimum and disposing of waste.   Install Megaflow and remove hot & cold water tanks

  Ed replaced our old hot water tank with a Megaflow (unvented cylinder) as well as a number of other jobs including: removing a cold water tank, disconnecting and removing old gas fires, installing a new radiator, and replacing radiator valves. Ed made numerous good suggestions to help us achieve what we wanted. He worked hard and completed the job on time, planning it well so that we were not without heating and water for too long. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

  Garage Door Lock Fixed

  Moved house and didn't have keys for the garage door. Osman to the rescue! He knew the type of lock and was able to source keys and repair the mechanism the next day. Sorted. And a very friendly and polite man too.

  Very helpful and great service on RICS Level 3 Building Survey

  We used Surveyline to survey the home we're hoping to buy. I had seen good reviews on Checkatrade and elsewhere and they have fully lived up to this good reputation. They provided a competitive quote and also answered questions about the survey and what would be included promptly. They arranged a survey in good time via our agent and reported back the following week as promised. Their report is well detailed with helpful explanations, reasoning, photographs and recommendations. They were also able to recommend other professionals in a number of areas where needed.

  Wiring Fault - Light Fitting

  I would highly recommend Trevor. He responded quickly to my request (made via Checkatrade) and was available for my little job at short notice. He made easy work of fixing the mess I had made wiring my light fitting and said I could always contact him for informal advice in future! Friendly, polite, quick, tidy....what more could you ask for really?
