  Repair to lock on UPVC door and securing and repositioning the door frame.

  The locksmith came about 20 minutes after I called. He was professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed that I needed a new lock. He said I might be able to just replace the gearbox, but after taking the lock away and examining it he said the top part of the lock was broken, and although he recommended I replace the whole unit, still offered the cheaper option if I wanted it. Whilst he had my lock, he fitted a temporary one so that I could still lock the door. Although he said it might be hard to find the exact same lock, he managed to source one and even got some discount for me.

  Garage Door Lock Fixed

  Moved house and didn't have keys for the garage door. Osman to the rescue! He knew the type of lock and was able to source keys and repair the mechanism the next day. Sorted. And a very friendly and polite man too.

  My PVC back door would not lock due to gear box breaking

  Osman came out within half an hour of my calling him,which was great as I was anxious at not being able to lock my back door at all as the handle wouldn't operate the levers. He provided a full professional service, was extremely courteous and efficient, his 30 years of knowledge as a locksmith certainly showed as he really knew his stuff and was very informative, also decently priced. I would definitely recommend his firm and would use him again
