  Kitchen conversion

  From start to finish this company was above and beyond my expectation's. Attention to detail was second to none, communication excellent & changes were fully discussed. There were several craftsman involved in my project, all were very polite, arrived everyday on time, did a full days work & made sure I was left tidy at end of each day. Sam Cooke oversaw my project and arrived everyday to let me know what would be happening that day/week, advised well on decisions/ changes to be made & was always contactable. I will definitely use this company again & would certainly recommend. 5*

  Kitchen & Living Room Extension

  Cooke & Lock are excellent at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking at their next extension, conversion or home improvement project. I have used Cooke & Lock before and their reliability, communication and craftsmanship is the best I’ve seen. The team are friendly, reliable and always work with you to get the outcome, look and finish you want for your home.

  House extension & complete house refurbishment including full re wire and new boiler system

  Cooke & Lock supported us through every step of our home refurb. They enabled us to live within the house for the whole process working with us to ensure we always had heat, electric and water throughout the process. Communication was excellent and we always knew ahead of time what was happening and when. A special mention of thanks to every single person that worked for them, all courteous and respectful, happy to have them around the house every day. We are over the moon with the finished house and would highly recommend them.

  Install internal Fire Door from hall to garage

  Sam responded quickly to my request and came to survey and quote. He provided good advice and was available to plan the work in good time. His team arrived on time and carried out the work professionally and tidily; keeping dust to to a minimum and disposing of waste.   Utility room remodel and bathroom refit

  This is the third time we have used Cooke and Lock and yet again we found their quality of work and the service they provide exceptional. Their level of communication from the initial quote and throughout the project was great. Everything was completed on time and there were no surprises along the way. All the staff are a credit to the company. Hard working, friendly and trustworthy. It was nice to see so many familiar faces from when we last used them 3 and a half years ago. We are thrilled with the results. I would never hesitate to recommend them and will use them again in the future.
