  Ed once again did the yearly service for our Vissmann boiler, as well as checking our radiators and replacing a leaking radiator valve. He even popped back at short notice to double-check everything was OK for us. He is by far the best plumber we have worked with here in South London, and we absolutely recommend him.

  Boiler and heating repair

  My boiler suddenly stopped working and I was left without any hot water or heating during a very cold time. Ed could not have been more helpful in fixing it quickly and efficiently. He quickly deduced what the issue was and explained everything in detail along the way as it was being resolved. I've used him before a few times and always been very happy with his work, and this time was no different. He's reliable, polite and extremely knowledgeable, and it was a huge relief to have him available when the boiler broke. Honestly cannot recommend him enough!

  Install Megaflow and remove hot & cold water tanks

  Ed replaced our old hot water tank with a Megaflow (unvented cylinder) as well as a number of other jobs including: removing a cold water tank, disconnecting and removing old gas fires, installing a new radiator, and replacing radiator valves. Ed made numerous good suggestions to help us achieve what we wanted. He worked hard and completed the job on time, planning it well so that we were not without heating and water for too long. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

  Ed provided a clear assessment of the work needed and updated us as he carried it out. He provided detailed explanations of what he found and what was needed to remedy the situation. It is clear he has a lot of experience and solved our boiler problem quickly. We will be using home for future boiler and plumbing services.
