  This is the most comprehensive and detailed level 3 building survey I have ever had. Elliot and James have been an absolute pleasure and kept me informed throughout the process. I followed up with a phone call to James who was happy to answer any questions. I will certainly use them again in the future.

  I was recommended Surveyline on the home we're hoping to buy by my solicitor and I can understand exactly why - they were fantastic to deal with from start to finish! Their report was well detailed with helpful explanations, reasoning, photographs, and recommendations. They also recommend other professionals in several areas where we may need assistance in the event we are able to complete on the house. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future!

  We used Surveyline to survey the home we're hoping to buy. I had seen good reviews on Checkatrade and elsewhere and they have fully lived up to this good reputation. They provided a competitive quote and also answered questions about the survey and what would be included promptly. They arranged a survey in good time via our agent and reported back the following week as promised. Their report is well detailed with helpful explanations, reasoning, photographs and recommendations. They were also able to recommend other professionals in a number of areas where needed.
