  Best pipe plumber and decent guy I’ve come across.

  Resorted out some paperwork we had done 5 years ago roughly. Did an amazing job and resorted the brickwork for us. Neil is so friendly with decent prices and gave us free advice to save us money.

  Amazing job, and brilliant transformation

  Really great work removing a disused fireplace and hearth - turning it into shelving. Price was really decent for all the work done. They made an MDF unit which sits inside the fireplace. They put the trim around the outside and we now have the same mantle piece as Craig does.

  Quoted us £828 for a pipe which didn’t need fixing

  We were concerned about a potential leak. Smart drains came out and took a look. I was elsewhere when they were doing this as I had to balance a lot on the day. They quoted us £828 to de-scale and fix a fragmented clay pipe. We realised we had insurance that may be able to help us with this issue. We contacted the insurance and got a guy out to take a look at the problems see how he could help. When taking a look, it was found out the pipe was completely fine and needed no work. It is not clear what we were being quoted £828 for as there was no job to be done.

  Only honest and decent roofer around

  A really honest roofer, very rare find! After getting quoted for re-roofs, was the only one to tell us what the real issues were. The quote was incredibly reasonable considering what some roofers were trying to make out of us. Would fully recommend and wouldn’t go with anyone else for roofing.

  270mm insulation, Loft boarding, new hatch, hatch widening, new ladder

  Much better than before. The boarding is really sturdy, the hatch is great. Only a few bits where they’ve left pieces of wood up there which need to be cleaned out, the ladder has to be replaced as it was massively dented and installed the wrong way, the latch opening has white polyester stuck to it which gets caught when bringing items up as they’ve lengthened the hatch and not widened it which isn’t what I thought was being done.

  Replace hedge with fence

  Great job removing an eyesore if an overgrown hedge and replacing it with a fence. Went the extra mile for us to make a small bespoke fence out of wood due to the size of our back garden.
