  fantastic company. thorough communication. came to measure for a quote. gave multiple options of quote so we could work within our budget and needs. came to install within around 2 weeks- really quick turn around. they've done a great job

  Fitting new loft hatch

  New loft hatch and surround installed, but failed to resolve the draft leak from previous installed hatch - tradesman explained that due to warped floor boards on age of house, was impossible to make seal exact to prevent cold air from loft - was advised to use insulation tape to seal (am surprised that he couldnt have done this during installation). Whilst an improvement this has not fixed the problem.

  Fast, efficient installation- perfect

  The guys arrived today to install our loft boarding and ladder. They got straight to work, putting sheets down to keep the carpets clean. We were amazed that early afternoon the whole job was complete and everything was left spotlessly clean. They showed us how the loft ladder worked, showed us the boarding and checked we were 100% happy before they left. A very friendly fitting team who worked hard and made sure we were happy. This is the second time we have used this company and would highly recommend them.

  Very professional and very good workmanship

  The complete loft was insulated and boarded very professionally. We also got a bigger loft hatch with a timber ladder. We are very happy with the results. Paul and Lee (Reading) were very friendly and hard working. They stayed until all was done and worked non stop from 8:45am to 5:20pm. Just make sure you know exactly what you want, discuss every little detail with the surveyor, and make sure it’s all in writing in the quote. The technicians might or might not be flexible depending on what it is. Ask for a discount. Their prices are competitive and their loft work is exempt from VAT.

  From initial quote with Mark I felt in safe hands- gave me options I didn’t know I had. Left a key for the team on the day as I wasn’t in- they didn’t leave a trace they were even here. Great communication, and so quick!!!!! Love our new storage space. Super impressed, highly recommend.
