From the initial Instagram ad to completion, the whole process was incredibly efficient. Jack the surveyor was fantastic, clearly explaining our options for boarding, insulation, lining, a ladder, and electrics. Booking and payments via email were seamless. Our installers, Jordan and Callum, were friendly, professional, and worked incredibly fast over the two days alongside the carpenter and electrician. I received a thorough plan of what was going to happen and when. The team was here on time and completed the job on time too. We opted for the wooden ladder which was a wise choice as is very sturdy. The boards feel very sturdy too. Our insulation was also topped up which should help in the winter keeping the house warm and the costs down.
