  Provision and installation of replacement mixer shower

  In spite of a very challenging job Neil was extremely patient and professional. His time keeping was excellent and his work top notch. The shower looks brilliant. So pleased that we chose him to accomplish the work.

  Water in cistern running into overflow and a seized pop up plug in basin

  Neil arrived on time, at a short notice, and quickly diagnosed the problems showing us the crack he found in the flush valve which was causing the problem. He told us the cost and immediately went on to replace the faulty items. He was very thorough and double checked all was working properly before he left. Neil is a friendly reliable chap who has carried out two jobs for us now, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him based on our experience

  Supply and fitting new WC pan and cistern to replace existing fittings

  Replaced Toilet Flexi-hose

  Called Neil this morning after our toilet flexi-hose burst. He came straight out and quickly assessed the problem. Because of the bathroom layout, the toilet had to be moved to get access to the hose. Although he carries many spares, Neil had to pop out for particular parts and visited several DIY shops before he could get the right ones. All parts were then fitted and tested and everything is now 'good as new'. We were very grateful to Neil for coming out so quickly and doing such a great job, all for a fair price.

  Replacement Electric Shower

  Neil came out initially to check why our electric shower was not working as it should. He was very patient with us and spent some time carrying out checks...........eventually telling us the shower was not repairable. He refused to take any payment for this initial contact. We asked him to procure and fit a new shower. He returned and fitted a new shower on the day we agreed. He did an excellent job, and cleaned up after himself. The new shower works perfectly and we would unreservedly recommend Neil to anyone, and would certainly use him again. His rates were very reasonable.
