  Neil was very professional from the time he made contact to the time he left having completed the job. He arrived at the time he had said he was going to arrive and was very up front with costings. He actually quoted higher than he thought it would be which I agreed with and then, because it was a shorter job than originally surmised charged me less which is always a bonus. Very friendly and tidied up well afterwards. I would definitely recommend and will use him again as and when I have any plumbing issues.

  The contact with On Tap was speedy and clear. The visit was on time and the work undertaken was very thorough. Very careful checking to ensure there were no leaks. Very pleased with this work and would you On Tap again.
