  Leaking inlet pipe and leaking flush pipe on toilet

  Neil was brilliant from the start, turned up on time even with some slightly difficult traffic. The issues were diagnosed in minutes and he was honest and upfront throughout. The issue was fixed within the hour for a very fair price and Neil has talked me through exactly what needs to be done relating to future plans we have for the bathroom. Overall a really good experience and I highly recommend him.

  Problem refitting taps

  Contacted as soon as job posted. Turned up exactly when he said he would. Explained problem and fixed it and also fixed other small leaks spotted in the pipes under the sink.

  Spot on, call-out was booked in moments and once here, the issue was identified and a fix implemented. Communication regarding the price was clear throughout and very reasonable. My only regret was not spotting the issue earlier!

  Water in cistern running into overflow and a seized pop up plug in basin

  Neil arrived on time, at a short notice, and quickly diagnosed the problems showing us the crack he found in the flush valve which was causing the problem. He told us the cost and immediately went on to replace the faulty items. He was very thorough and double checked all was working properly before he left. Neil is a friendly reliable chap who has carried out two jobs for us now, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him based on our experience
