  CCTV drain survey as part of a property purchase

  Company was very proactive in reaching out to me, explain what the process was and had competitive pricing. Marked down to 9/10 on communication as I had to reach out to them for an update on why the survey was not able to be done on the agreed date (the issue was not their fault but a blocking issue on the property ), they coordinated the remediation work needed and sent a clear illustrated summary report.

  Replacing damaged internal drainage pipes

  I called Smart Drainz following discovery of two collapsed drainage pipes under the house – Nick, George and Chris were able to come and take a thorough look, identified where the issues were and explained the work needing to be done, thankfully they were able to start the work promptly later that week along with Sam and Ryan. The team were great, friendly, very hard working and efficient and kept me up to date throughout. Huge thank you to you all! Would HIGHLY recommend!

  I really appreciated the free call out to camera the drains and take me through the works that would be required to fix the various issues which included a very competitive quote. With regards to the work undertaken, the team turned up when they said they would and performed good quality workmanship including pulling up and putting back down various paving slabs. My wife was particularly impressed by how they cleaned up after the works! I would not look further than Smart Drainz if you need work on your drains.

  Cleared blocked sewage drain

  I needed a call-out as sewage was coming up from a blocked drain in the garden. I received a call within minutes of placing the request with Checkatrade, and Cody came out within a couple of hours and cleared the blockage as best he could (with detailed guidance of further remedial work needed to fully rectify the problem of root ingress, which will need to be run by the building's insurers), working throughout in the rain. He was very personable, explained clearly what he was doing as he went along, and the rates were very reasonable in the circumstances. I would use Smart Drainz again.

  Excellent Service from Smart Drainz

  We discovered a broken clay drain pipe from our kitchen to our main drain while replacing some fencing. Cody from Smart Drainz came out straight away to give us a quote and he and George were able to repair and replace the pipework the next morning. This meant that the fence work was not delayed. They were very helpful and professional and I happily recommend them for any drain work. I will certainly use them again.
