  Repalced lock which was jamming (key woulnd't turn) Came very promptly. New lock started to get stiff after a week or so and he returned promptly to adjust it

  Only extra charge over the quote was for remedial work needed to some crumbling windowsills before they could be painted at all. Very friendly and informative, and very satisfied with the result. The only gripe we had was the long delay (about ten days) after the work was completed before the scaffolders (who were a subcontractor) took the scaffolding down - hence the "7" for timekeeping. A big contrast to Gary and Paul of Decor8 London itself who were always punctual and prompt.

  Painting and redecorating a bedroom.

  Gary did a thorough job! This was no small task as the paint and plaster work had been in a very poor state of repair and there were also some fiddly jobs to be done, painting the surrounds of new windows. He was prompt and efficient, indeed he finished earlier than he had originally said and the work was done to a good standard overall including the areas that had needed three coats.

  Garden makeover.

  Carl was very willing to listen to what we wanted, and to preserve as many as possible of the plants we wanted to keep. Some imaginative touches too. The project was done to time, and with minimal mess, despite the poor weather, and the garden is now completely transformed!
