    Damp-proofing of basement flat

    The team were very on the ball. From the first consultation, a very professional approach with reliable communications and friendly helpful advice. They removed the majority of plaster in the flat, damp-proofed and replastered. Also latex membrane on floors of two rooms. They finished on time and tidied up well. There was a small problem with the latex quantity being insufficient (not their fault), but they re-applied another coat the next day at no cost to me. Excellent firm. Look no further.

    Paul and his team were great! They came and completely fixed all the damp we had in our flat. His team, especially Darryl and Brian were so lovely and professional. They worked quickly without disturbing our flat. I couldn’t recommend them more. Really impressed, and thank you for doing such a great job!

    Free initial inspection and diagnosis of rising damp problem. Service was great and communication/booking the job very simple. The guys came round and were very helpful, punctual & communicative. Calling me down to have a look at the job and explain the process at each step which was great as this doesn’t usually happen. Left area clean and job completed when expected. Great job and would recommend.
