  The guys completed the job in 2 days as I requested, they arrived on time both days. I was anxious about the work & they made sure they explained exactly what they would be doing & put my mind at ease. The team worked so hard & was highly organised, polite cheerful & kind. They left after the 1st day leaving the rooms as organised as possible (considering the nature of the job) Day 2 they worked fast & completed the job quickly, it was thorough & professional. I came back from work & was amazed @ how clean the place was! Hands down best trades I’ve ever had, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, thanks

  Paul, Wayne & Shane were honestly the best people for our job. Paul knows his stuff and advised us with expert knowledge about the dry rot/damp. He was happy to answer all our questions promptly which helped us make a decision to choose CPM. Wayne and Shane were meticulous in their work, making sure that they protected our property with all the right materials and always left the place spotless. They were always courteous and friendly. When doing a job like this, you can’t cut corners and we’re very happy & satisfied we chose them.

  Fixing damp issue by installing a new damp proof course

  Paul and his team did a fantastic job for us. Paul came over initially and provided a very thorough report on the issue and the remedial measures recommended. He and his team were flexible on timings and other logistical issues and then were really communicative throughout. Daryl from his team in particular was always on hand to help, send over messages and keep me updated. He was also very understanding of the particular circumstances surrounding the job (relating to a house move) and was very respectful and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending CPM to anyone with damp issues.
