Neat & efficient!

Just had Dave come in today to help do a chimney sweep. Dave was very efficient and extremely neat, cleaning as he went along. He also gave us great tips for the use and maintenance of our fireplace which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Dave if you are looking for someone good and reliable.

David is professional, and considering the work - still worked neatly. Offers lots of warm smiles, and gets the job done - no faffing about. Loved the discount as a neighbour and I both booked David for same day Chimney Sweep. I strongly recommend and will use again.

Swept chimney above a wood burner. I'd assumed the stove needed to be removed first but he informed that was not the case, and conducted the sweep.

My name is David Costerton and together, with my wife Sarah we run Costerton's Chimneys.

We are a local family business serving a 10 mile radius of our home in Sutton including South West London, Kingston, Wimbledon, Epsom, Croydon and surrounding areas.

I am well trained and work to a high standard. I take my time cleaning each chimney thoroughly whilst ensuring minimal fuss. My experience over the years has helped me become an efficient and competent chimney sweep.Additional services include fitting of chimney pots, caps, bird guards and cowls.

I am also a HETAS registered installer. I have installed many wood burning and multi-fuel stoves for many satisfied customers. I am happy to help you choose your stove and discuss installation options. Installing a stove may be more reasonable than you think, at Costerton's we do our very best to keep costs down while giving the service that customers expect.I have a background in general building, carpentry and plastering.

I draw on my experience and have a good understanding of how buildings work. The combination of practical skill and an artistic eye means I can help you find a stove and finish that will work for your home.

My wife Sarah works in the office answering the phone and managing my diary.
