  Quick response, came to see what needed doing and sorted new lock for a very old door. Fitted and working within the hour for my elderly mother in law. Thoroughly professional, quick to sort and get new lock for a very old door.

  I shut my keys in the house, in the lock

  Highly recommend, Chris was able to come out instantly, he tried everything to get in my front door without damage. My door is brand new and lock was highest grade that was break proof we found out, I was really concerned as my dog was stuck inside but I didn’t want to cause damage to my new front door, so he scaled my back fence and got in through my conservatory and then back house door. They are skilled workers, determined, tidy (not one door has damage) and ensured my house was secure before leaving. He will also be back this week to replace all locks again to the style I want.
