Nick did a great job. Communication was great, he was very knowledgeable and offered helpful advice. After a bad experience with a previous locksmith, trade was a breath of fresh air; honest, reassuring, and clearly very experienced. He fitted proper BS locks, explained everything, and gave me a proper invoice and all the details of the locks that he fitted. Nick arrived within an hour after I called him. He supplied and replaced the front door lock, which we were having issues with and a deadbolt lock with British standard locks.
