  Gutter cleaning

  This is the second year we have asked CJC to clear our gutters before the winter. It must eb three years since they replaced the gutters for us. As last year they came when they said and at the time they said. A little piece of our pigeon spikes had come off so they fixed that for us as well. Very obliging and highly recommended

  Advice on keeping pigeons out

  Mark came over to inspect as we thought we had pigeons in the loft or roosting under the solar panels After examination inside and out he assured us we didn't and that although they might be sitting on the roof they didn't deem to be nesting and causing damage. We discussed putting netting to keep them out and I took his advice not to until they became real problem. Very impressed. We will certainly go to this company again when we need help. We also passed his card onto neighbours

  Damp to conservatory wall.

  Came quickly to give advice, the work was fitted in that week and very quickly done. The conservatory was left spotless. We are now just waiting for the wall to dry out.
