  10/10 Faultless service at a very reasonable price

  I recently employed Callum to remove our chimney. I would not hesitate to employ him again or recommend his services. From the quote, where he clearly explained the work required and the steps to complete the job, to finishing the work, all communication has been without delay and any queries answered. The job was completed quickly (2 weeks after the quote was accepted). They even left my back garden tidier than before they started work!

  Excellent Roofer - would thoroughly recommend!

  Callum has done a lot of work for me, most notably identifying the source of an on-going major water leak, coming up with solutions to fix the issue and then carrying out extensive work on my roof to solve the problem permanently. He has also fixed my gutters to stop them leaking and capped my chimney pots. He is professional, proactive, a good communicator and reliable as well as doing a fantastic job. I would, and have, recommend him unreservedly.

  Guttering and sky light repair

  Replacement guttering and sky light repair .. Callum attended my property diagnosed the fault quickly and promptly repaired . Additionally he replaced guttering at the rear of my house … all work carried out as per quote . Excellent will use again and have recommended to others

  Professional and excellent roof work.

  Callum was very prompt, professional and we were extremely pleased with the work done on our roof. We were struggling to find someone to tackle a slightly complex leak but Callum was up for the challenge and researched ways around the problem to come up with an excellent solution that ended up being less than his initial quote. I was kept informed along the way.

  I would highly recommend Callum from CJC Roofing and Building. He replaced the soffits and gutter around our window where squirrels entered into our loft. He is very professional, carried out the work to a very high standard and already came highly recommended from our neighbours who also previously used him. Totally reassuring that you know the work is done properly especially when it’s the roof.
