Needed to access loft but found swarms of wasps up there. Recommended Surrey Pest Control who were able to attend in a couple of hours- Mark turned up on time, did a full check of the loft, found a large nest which he sorted. After a sudden sighting of a wasp nest spotted by my gardeners i called Mark and he came out the next day. He was polite, prompt and communication was fantastic. He was thoroughly explaining the procedure he was about to do and the situation after. He politely explained that if there was any further problems he Will come straight back out to resolve. Job location: GU7Surrey Pest control did a very good job on the protection around the panels for me once the scaffolding was up and even showed me a video of the installation. The scaffolders that they used was somewhat slow in getting the scaffolding down, but this was the other company's fault not theirs.10 Successful pest control from house.

Mark was extremely professional and diligent in identifying the potential causes of the issue and quickly resolving the problem of mice getting into the property.
