  Resolved Damp Internal Chimney Breast

  Feel lucky to have found Robin - he found the problem with my damp chimney breast (damp coming up from my concrete floor and absorbed by filler - wrong type of filler used by previous builder). Robin assured me it wasn't a difficult job -he injected my wall with a waterproof solution, coated the concrete floor with some kind of waterproof membrane, replastered the area, added a cavity vent, matched up skirting board and rectified my poor DIY job. He quoted a very reasonable price, was punctual, polite, left my house spotlessly clean -used protective flooring, dusted and hovered. A knowledgeable gem!

  Damp treatment

  We are so grateful to Robin, this is the second review I have left as he always does a fantastic job and is so knowledgeable. He treated damp in our dining room at very short notice. He was tidy, efficient, courteous, trustworthy and went out of his way to help us with every aspect of the work and answer all of our questions. I also have to say that considering the high quality of his work his pricing is very reasonable indeed. Thank you Robin and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for top quality property services.

  Inject damp proof course

  We came cross Robin from checkatrade. We are so glad we found an excellent professional who knows his work very well. He was punctual, friendly above all very good in his work! We could ask any questions , he took time to explain. Honest with his opinions. Fair price! Few days of work, at the end it was all cleaned and tidy. He even hand delivered the invoice which was well presented! We have already recommended him to who ever inquired about the damp. Thanks Robin!! Amali at Bookham

  French drain and new airbricks installed

  Very happy with Robin's work and advice. He initially came round to do a damp survey of the house. He advised us on some work we should consider getting done to avoid damp issues in the future. Work was booked in for a couple of weeks later and completed in a few hours one Saturday. Really happy how it all turned out. Zero stress...zero fuss. And at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
