  Paul was absolutely amazing, he was professional and went out of his way to attend and help quickly after I noticed mice in the kitchen. He found their point of entry, blocked this and sorted the issue out super quickly. Brilliant service.

  Following a survey flagging a potential issue Paul visited the property, confirmed done of the apparent activity was historic, laid traps, revisited, and was able to confirm all activity was historic. Reports were received within 24 hours of each visit.

  To treat a rat infestation in a rented property

  This sole trader did not mention that he was just about to go on a months holiday before starting a course of treatments to remove a rat infestation in the loft space of 3 rented town houses. The first 2 visits removed some of the rats but a week later the tenants reported further rustling noises. Unfortunately this pest controller said he could not come out for a month and did not respond to a request to recommend an alternative pest controller. Clearly the rats could not be left to multiply for a month so a new company had to be brought in. He should have mention the extended trip.
