  Gregg did a thorough investigation and even contacted the boiler manufacturer for the best options. Gregg recommended a service by the boiler manufacturer instead of doing the work himself, as it was more cost-effective. It was refreshing to see a professional give such clear, honest advice.   I would highly recommend Modestra for any carpet cleaning jobs. We were so happy with the results and we even had a couple of dryers left with us to speed the drying process.

  Door frame issue
