Very professional, done with efficiency and quick. We have a small home but with our busy lives it is difficult to be on top of the cleaning. Everything was left in a pristine state and the bath and shower was shining beautifully (something that is hard to achieve due to the hard waters). Florentina was extremely friendly and accommodating to any specifications I had during the house clean she undertook for me.
