  Linen cupboard & bedroom shelves made

  Jay made a bespoke linen cupboard and also some shelves in one of the bedrooms. Once again, his work was of excellent quality - and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others - and will definitely be booking him again.

  Bespoke carpentry

  I had a small DIY project which went wrong, fortunately Jay jumped to the rescue. Very quick and efficient and offered helpful advice and did some nice extra finishing touches that I wouldn't have considered. Great service

  Stair repair

  We had very squeaky stairs on two levels of our house. Jay was honest about what he could achieve and did the first level so we could see the results. The results were great so we got him in to do the second level too. Our noisy stairs are a thing of the past.

  Hallway panelling

  JD carpentry were very reliable and the work carried out was of great standard. The panelling is exactly what I wanted and Jay was brilliant at communicating. JD carpentry was a pleasure to do business with. I will be using them again

  Boxing in exposed pipes and building radiator covers

  I recently hired Jay for some carpentry work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the start, Jay was punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would. He kept me informed throughout the process, especially when the cost unexpectedly dropped due to lower material prices – which was a pleasant surprise! He maintained a clean and tidy workspace. Jay was incredibly accommodating, listening carefully when I mentioned I needed to fit a desk into the space where the boxing was going and adjusted the plan seamlessly. His craftsmanship is outstanding, would highly recommend him.
