Had a call from the company within half and hour of posting my job the guy was friendly on the phone gave him the information and he gave me the quote I said I would call back when the decorator done. I messaged on the Thursday and he said he could do Tuesday between 1-2. Arrived and explained the process left us with a fan to speed up process of drying the carpet which he collected the next day. Moved into a rental after having our things in a container for 2 years whilst we were abroad. All antiques + top quality fabrics. Came out musty or mouldy which flared up my asthma. Modestra has been fantastic and thanks to him I can finally breathe. He cleaned + disinfected a lge sofa (now looks new), some chairs, our extremely heavy wool mattress + 2 rugs including a fine Persian one. All now CLEAN! Felt comfortable leaving him to it. He understood the quality of our things and treated them with respect, incl the house. Nice person too. Have asked him to do more.
