  Jack came out to change a faulty lock at my father’s property at short notice. He did a good job and was clear in his communication. The job took a bit longer than expected but he explained why. We were happy with the work. He seemed like a nice chap. Would use again.

  Jack was very helpful fixing the issue I had with a broken claw on a uPVC external door. He gave me options for how he could repair the door - including a low cost "just good enough option" if I wanted to keep costs down. When he finished, everything was good.
