  repair of bi-fold door handle

  Dave was prompt, friendly, tidy and efficient. He kept in good contact. He was able to simply and quickly identify and rectify the problem with the bi-fold door handle. He also rebalanced the glazing units in the old UPVC doors so they open and close more smoothly which should hopefully make future problems less likely. Very happy with his work. Would definitely call him again if we need any more window or bifold door repairs or installations.

  Advice provided on fitting of replacement shower head. Problem with radiator identified and quickly rectified. Advice provided on boiler. Friendly and efficient service. Price was as expected/agreed in advance. Would use again.

  applying new thermal paste

  Media PC was overheating. Ian's team carried out a full review of the machine, cleaned it up and removed old thermal paste from the CPU and applied new paste and reassembled machine. Not had any overheating since the work they did. I have used them before and will use them again for any computer jobs I don't feel comfortable doing myself.

  Job done really quickly and efficiently. Service above and beyond expectation. It was my son's laptop that he was using for doing paid video editing work on and needed it back quickly. Have used before. Would not hesitate to use again if needed.

  Team at PC Repair House were all very friendly and knowledgeable. My video editing PC was constantly crashing. I asked them to install Samsung M2 card as bootable drive, upgrade motherboard bios, upgrade all drivers, clean re-install of windows 10 and install an additional case fan. I then handled all the application software re-installs myself. They did it all very quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I have delayed reviewing for a couple of months. It has now been 3 months and the PC has not crashed once (from multiple times per day).

  Quick to respond to request for quote. Dealt equally efficiently with phone calls, emails and text messages. Gave reasonable quote. Arrived when he said he would (bit of discussion around it, waited a few days for availability, not a problem for us as it was a low priority task). Did a good job. Would use again.
