  New windows 11 PC

  Excellent service from PC Repair House again. I had to replace my old Dell windows 10 PC as it couldn’t be upgraded to windows 11. Ian was very helpful and quoted me two options to make sure I had enough speed and storage space. They collected my old PC and made sure that the new machine was back with me quickly, so I had the minimum downtime. I was concerned about losing any data but everything went smoothly and was checked when it was installed on the home visit.   Fast, reliable and effective computer repairs and support

  I found PC Repair House online and reached out to Ian for help with a data transfer. Despite being a very busy time, Ian took on my job within days. When it became clear that there was an issue with one of the old computers, Ian took the decision to not risk losing my data altogether and referred me to a data recovery specialist. Ian and his colleagues were quick, responsive and clear when dealing with my questions and upfront about every step in the process, offered ongoing support, and was reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to use PC Repair House again, and highly recommend them.

  Highly recommendable, know what they are doing

  Ian carried out a repair to my Desktop as was having difficulty installing a windows 11 update. The PC was up and running within 1.5 days, this company is my to go to repairer and indeed Ian built me this bespoke unit of which I am very pleased. Ian and his colleagues are most friendly, professional and reliable as such I have no issues at all highly recommending PC Repair House in Cheam. Thanks Ian and Co. .....Mr Martin

  Excellent service

  I was more than satisfied with the help I received from PC Repair House. They had been recommended by a small business owner friend who had used them and found their services to be efficient, helpful and quick to resolve issues. I am not at all tech minded so I was grateful for the patience and time Ian spent with me to explain exactly what the issue was with my laptop, which was then fixed within hours. I cannot recommend this business enough especially if you are looking for friendly and professional IT support.

  Quick, and effective fix for faulty PC
